- General Manager (HR) : Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Degree / MBA in HR / Personnel Management from a Government recognized Institute / University.
- Manager (Finance) : Should be a Graduate and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India / MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed Management Institute.
