Salary
  • Senior Resident : In the entry pay level- 11 plus other allowances as admissible in ESIC.
  • Full/Time Specialist : Rs.106000/- per month as Consolidated remuneration.
  • Full Time Super Specialist : Rs.2,00,000/- (Consolidated remuneration) per month. No other allowances in any form shall be admissible.
  • Part Time Super Specialist : Rs.1,00,000/- (Consolidated remuneration) per month for 04 hours per day & 04 days in a week. In addition, Rs.20, 000/- per month for visiting charge in case of an emergency call and Rs.1200/- for every additional hour beyond 16 hours/week.
Educational Qualification
  • Senior Resident : MBBS with PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Medical/ Surgical Specialties from recognized university and MBBS with 2 years working experience.
  • Specialist : MBBS and PG Degree with 3 years work experience Or Diploma with 5 years work experience.
Age Limit
  • Senior Resident : age not exceeding 45 years 
  • Specialist : age not exceeding 67 years
