Educational Qualifications :
The Candidates must have completed 3 Three year Diploma in Civil Engineering/Agricultural Engineering or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering /Agricultural Engineering form a recognized university/institution.
Age Limit :
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 32 years.
