Details of Vacancy :
- District Child Protection Officer : 16 Posts
Salary/ Pay Scale :
- District Child Protection Officer : Rs.56,100-2,05,700/- Level-22 (Revised Scale)
Age Limit :
- SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBC/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all categories : No Maximum Age limit
- Others‟ [i.e. candidates not belonging to SCs,SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s and BCMs]: 32 years.@ (Should not have completed)
Education Qualification :
- A Degree in Sociology or Social Work or Psychology or Child Development or Criminology of any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or Institution recognized by the Government.
- Provided that other things are being equal, preference shall be given to candidates possessing a Post Graduate Degree in Sociology or Social Work or Psychology or Child Development or Criminology of any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or Institution recognized by the Government.
- A Diploma or a Certificate course in Computer operations in recognized Institutions is desirable.
Application Fee:

For One Time Registration (G.O.(Ms).No.32, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (M) Department, dated 01.03.2017). Note Applicants who have already registered in One Time online Registration system and are within the validity period of 5 years are exempted : Rs.150/- - Examination Fee Note
The Examination fee should be paid at the time of submitting the online application for this recruitment if they are not eligible for the concession noted below : Rs.200/-
