  • Scientist B : Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (BE/ B.Tech) in the fields/disciplines in Electronics, Communications, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering (IIT)
  • Scientist C : Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (BE/ B.Tech) in the fields/disciplines in Electronics, Communications, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering (IIT). Post Graduate Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME / M.Tech/ MS )
