Educational Qualification
  • Assistant Grade 3 : Passed (10+2) examination from recognized board. OR Higher Secondary with First Year Exam Passed in Graduation Course from Any Recognized University. M.P. Government, General Administration Department circular no. One year Computer Diploma/ Certificate from a recognized University. Map IT to CPCT Certificate (Score Card). A skill test of 10 minutes duration of 300 words will be taken in Hindi typewriting on the computer.
  • Steno Typist : Passed (10+2) examination from recognized board. OR Higher Secondary with First Year Exam Passed in Graduation Course from Any Recognized University. M.P. Government, General Administration Department circular no. One year Diploma/ Certificate from a University/ recognized institution mentioned in C3-15/ 2014/ 1/ 3, dated 26 February 2015. Map IT to CP C.T. Certificate (Score Card). Speed ​​of 80 words per minute in Hindi Stenography from a recognized Board. Dictation of 400 words will be given in computer for 5 minutes at the speed of 80 words per minute, which will have to be typed in 25 minutes duration (skill test will be taken for speed). English Typing Test will be 150 words of 30 words per minute, which will be elective.
  • Security Guard : Passed (10+2) examination from recognized board. OR Higher Secondary with First Year Exam Passed in Graduation Course from Any Recognized University.
Age Limit
Minimum -18 years to Maximum – 40 years (as on 01.01.2022).
